What is the RamSoft e-Learning University?
The RamSoft e-Learning University is a web-based, on-demand environment for educating clinicians on RamSoft software solutions. Over 22 courses covering over 100 software procedures have been developed to help clinicians of all roles become proficient using RamSoft. Some examples of the courses available are PACS Administration, Patient Registration, Order Management, and Post- Processing Procedures. Clinicians are able to access the RamSoft e-Learning University from their browser at work, home, or anywhere in the world. Users are also able to save their progress in a course and pick up where they left off at a later time and location.
What Benefits Does it Provide?
The RamSoft e-Learning University is utilized for new customer implementations as a preliminary training tool prior to the on-site implementation and go-live. It is also utilized as a follow-up tool to ensure retention of the material covered during live training sessions. In addition to new implementations, the RamSoft e-Learning University can improve the knowledgebase and proficiency of experienced clinicians currently using RamSoft.
